Welcome to LittleLeaps! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application. By using LittleLeaps, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LittleLeaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LittleLeaps is a baby tracking and development application that helps parents:

• Track daily activities (sleep, feeding, diapers, pumping, mood, medication)
• Monitor growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)
• Follow developmental milestones and "Wonder Weeks" leap periods
• Access age-appropriate developmental exercises
• Share access with family members

3. Subscription and Payment

LittleLeaps offers a subscription-based service:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial
• Monthly Plan: €4.99 per month
• Yearly Plan: €29.99 per year

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Family Sharing

Subscription owners can invite up to one additional family member to share access to baby tracking data. Family members receive full read and write access to all babies in the household. The subscription owner is responsible for managing household membership.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information about yourself and your children
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with anyone outside your household
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Use the app to collect information about other users

All content, features, and functionality of LittleLeaps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LittleLeaps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of LittleLeaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to LittleLeaps immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleLeaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
