This data is tied directly to your account and identity to make the app's core features work.
- Contact Info: Your name and email address are used for account creation, secure login, and syncing logs across your family's devices.
- User Content: This includes photos (like baby profile pictures) and other content you create (such as sleep notes, feeding logs, milestone journals, and baby profile information).
- Identifiers: A unique User ID ensures your baby's records remain private and accessible only to you and your authorized caregivers.
3. Data Not Linked to You
This data is collected in a way that is not tied to your personal identity.
- Health & Fitness Info: We track baby developmental milestones and physiological data (sleep patterns, feeding times, measurements). This information is processed to provide developmental insights but is not linked to your real-world identity in our analytics.
- Usage Data: We track product interactions (which features you use) to understand how to improve the app experience for all parents.
- Diagnostics: We collect crash data and technical logs to identify and fix bugs, ensuring LittleLeaps stays reliable for your family.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you create an account
- Baby Profile Data: Your baby's name, date of birth, and gender to personalize developmental guidance
- Tracking Data: Sleep, feeding, diaper, pumping, mood, medication, and measurement entries you log
- Milestone Records: Developmental milestones and journal entries you record
- Exercise Completions: Records of developmental exercises you complete with your baby
- Photos: Baby profile pictures you upload (optional)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Family Sharing
When you invite family members to share access to your baby's data, they will be able to view and add tracking entries. Only the subscription owner can manage household members and subscription settings.

How to Delete Your Data
You have several options to delete your data:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Settings and use the "Clear all data" option to remove all tracking entries, milestones, and exercise records.
- Account Deletion: To completely delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@littleleaps.eu with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
- Data Export: Before deletion, you can export your data using the "Export data" option in Settings.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., subscription transaction records) for up to 7 years.
