Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start tracking?

After creating your account and adding your baby's profile, you can start tracking right away. Use the + button on the Today tab to log sleep, feeding, diapers, and more. For timed activities like sleep and feeding, tap the timer icon to start tracking in real-time.

Can I track multiple children?

Yes! LittleLeaps supports tracking up to 3 children per account. Go to Settings and tap "Add Child" to add another baby. You can easily switch between children using the child selector at the top of the Settings screen.

How does family sharing work?

The subscription owner can invite their partner via email in Settings > Family Sharing. Your partner will receive an email with an invite code and link. Once they join, both parents have full access to track and view all baby data in real-time.

What are developmental leaps?

Developmental leaps are periods of rapid mental development in babies, based on the Wonder Weeks research. During leaps, babies may be fussier as they're learning new skills. LittleLeaps shows you which week your baby is in and provides guidance on what to expect.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings, find LittleLeaps, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your family's data.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings and look for the data export option. You can download all your tracking history, milestones, and measurements in a format you can keep for your records or share with your pediatrician.

The app isn't syncing. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection. If you're connected but still having issues, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, log out and log back in. This usually resolves any sync issues.
